What does $4.99 actually mean?

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires nothing but your WhatsApp number. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade to Pro.
What happens if I hit 3 goals on the free plan?
Jarr will let you know and offer two options: upgrade to Pro for unlimited goals, or archive or complete an existing goal to free up a slot. Your history is always preserved — archiving just removes a goal from your active list.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. Send "cancel subscription" in WhatsApp and Jarr will guide you through it. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan and your 3 most recent goals stay active.
Is my partner's WhatsApp number stored?
We store your WhatsApp number (required to receive messages) and your display name. We never store chat message content beyond what's needed to process your commands. Full details in our privacy policy.
Does my partner need a Jarr account?
Yes — when you invite a partner, they'll receive a WhatsApp link to join. Their onboarding takes about 90 seconds. They can be on the free plan; partner features work regardless of plan on either side.
Are more currencies coming?
Yes. AED, GBP, USD, INR, and EUR are supported at launch. Additional currencies are on the roadmap — message us on WhatsApp if there's one you need urgently.
How are exchange rates calculated?
Rates come from ExchangeRate-API. They're refreshed every time you check your status or goals list. There's no markup applied — you see the mid-market rate.
